The stubborn weight, the mid-afternoon crash, the brain fog you can't think past: they're not a willpower problem, they're a metabolic one, and it's fixable.
Hi, I'm Bryan Drollinger. For nearly 25 years, I've helped people just like you reclaim their health, confidence, and future.
My mission has always been the same: to change the way people think about health and success.
For nearly a quarter of a century, I've helped people reclaim their health, confidence, and future. I'm one of the most experienced and trusted leaders in the field, having guided thousands of clients to lasting results and mentored tens of thousands of coaches to build thriving, purpose-driven businesses.
From my earliest days helping people change their habits of health, my mission has remained the same: to change the way people think about health and success. My current work centers on reversing metabolic dysfunction through clinically studied, science-backed methods, the kind that produce real, measurable change rather than another round of willpower and restriction.
Under my mentorship, entire teams have grown into nationwide communities of coaches, all carrying that same mission into their own towns, workplaces, and families.
I'm known for my authenticity, passion, and heart for service. I continue to train and mentor coaches across the country, teaching them how to transform lives, grow strong organizations, and lead with integrity and compassion.
Outside of coaching, you'll find me alongside my wife, Jennie, sharing our incredible Second Chance on Love story, a journey of reconnection, redemption, and destiny that has inspired audiences across the nation and is being developed into a book, podcast, and film.
Weight that won't budge, energy crashes by mid-afternoon, brain fog, cravings you can't outsmart. Most people don't recognize it by name, but they feel the effects of poor metabolic health.
My approach is built on a science-backed, coach-guided system designed to bring your body's energy use, fat burn, and muscle preservation back into balance, addressing the root cause instead of just managing the symptoms.
Address the underlying imbalance driving weight gain and low energy, instead of chasing symptoms one at a time.
A body composition-first approach, so the scale moving down means fat loss, not muscle loss.
Real coaching and community support, because lasting change is a whole-person process, not a 30-day fix.
Results based on a randomized controlled trial of a clinically studied metabolic health program. Individual results vary. Always consult your healthcare provider before beginning any health or weight-loss program.
In clinical research, people supported by a coach didn't just do a little better, they did dramatically better than those who tried to go it alone.
More weight lost with coaching support compared to going it alone.
More fat lost with coaching support compared to going it alone.
Start with a short health assessment so I can understand where you're starting from, then grab time on my calendar for a real conversation about what's possible.
